Zeniths started out as a catchall for custom ideas, and that led to some amazing guitars. But when I stumbled onto some 70-year old Douglas fir, that changed…..immediately. Its resonance and consistency were exactly what I was looking for in a body wood. An added bonus was the discovery that Orford cedar and western red cedar were equally as wonderful. Consider the Zenith now dialed-in.
